Shipping Policy - Thread of Love
At Thread of Love, we aim to make your shopping experience as smooth and convenient as possible. Our shipping policy is designed to ensure timely and safe delivery of your products, no matter where you are in India. We are committed to transparency and adhere to all necessary guidelines set by Indian authorities, ensuring a seamless and customer-friendly shipping process.
1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship across All India. Whether you're located in a bustling metro or a remote area, we strive to reach you. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Shipping Charges
- Standard Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders over ₹999. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of ₹80 will be charged.
- Any additional handling charges (for remote locations or heavy items) will be communicated at checkout before the order is placed.
3. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of receiving the order.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
- Metro Cities: Delivery usually takes between 3-5 business days.
- Non-Metro Cities and Towns: Delivery may take 5-7 business days, depending on your location.
Delivery times may vary based on factors such as weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen logistics challenges. While we work with reliable courier partners, Thread of Love cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party services.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real-time. You can also track your order directly from your Thread of Love account by logging in and visiting the Order History section.
6. Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please reach out to our customer support team at support@threadoflove.com with your order details, and we will assist you in locating the package.
In case of any delivery attempt failure (due to customer unavailability or incorrect address), our courier partner will try to re-deliver the package. If the package is returned to us, we will notify you and arrange for re-shipping or a refund based on your preference.
7. Undelivered or Lost Packages
While we take all necessary steps to ensure safe delivery, in the rare case that a package is lost or undelivered, we will either offer you a full refund or ship a replacement product (if available), depending on your choice.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product. You can contact us at support@threadoflove.com with photos of the damaged item, and we will initiate a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
9. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for select pin codes across India. The availability of COD will be displayed during checkout based on your location.
- COD orders may incur an additional handling fee of ₹90.
10. Compliance with Indian Government Guidelines
At Thread of Love, we comply with all shipping regulations and consumer protection laws as mandated by the Indian Government, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the guidelines of the Ministry of Commerce & Industry. All shipments are accompanied by valid GST-compliant invoices, ensuring transparency in pricing and tax obligations.
